What is the challenge?
Designed with children and young people, this fun and interactive program covers everything from careers to wellbeing over 63 challenges
A whole rainbow of topics
The challenges involved in this programme are arranged under 7 themes that make up the colours of the rainbow:
red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet

We’ve worked with hundreds of young people, youth workers. teachers and many more to create all our resources, including a range of guidance to support delivery
choose your toolkit
There are 3 toolkits, each aimed at different learning stages and the difficulty levels they want to try, rather than their age.
The most straightforward option for those who might be new to thinking about health and the NHS. As a guide, this could be used with 7-10 year olds.
A bit more of a challenge and suitable for those who are ready to stretch themselves a little bit further. As a guide, this could be used with 11-12 year olds.
Ready for those who want to challenge themselves and take the lead through the challenges they take part in. As a guide, this could be used with 13-14+ year olds.

As well as learning new skills and developing their learning. EVERY young person receives a certificate to recognise their contribution
Taster Award - complete 1 or 2 challenges
Colour Award - complete 3 challenges in 1 colour
